I-94 needed if not received???

I just crossed into the USA by land on Thursday night so I could be with my Fiancé when we file our I-129F package on Saturday. I'm concerned with the question about whether I'm in the USA or not and the I-94. Yes I know that I am currently in the USA but I have never been issued an I-94. I went online tonight to print off my most recent I-94 and it was 8 crossings ago ( 6 months old). I'm wondering if I should just say that I'm not here or I I should say that I am and wasn't issued an I-94? Any help would be so appreciated!!!!

Never try to lie to uscis.

Just wat next week to see you i-94 updated.

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

The I-94 is only needed if you are in the US at the time of filing. Simplest solution is send the form after returning from your visit.

Ok then, we originally planned to file tomorrow and the dates on all the documents correspond to 08/03/2019.  

 

If I wait and send the application in after she leaves the country, do all the dates on the papers need to correspond to the date it was mailed?

 

Just trying to figure out if we have to reprint everything out again.

It shouldn't be an issue when the other paperwork was completed (I'm assuming you mean things like the letters of intent to marry).

That and the supporting evidence pages that were all signed and dated. 

 

I essentially mean everything that has a date on it.  Does that date have to match the date I send the packet in the mail.

Those don't really need to be signed (but it won't hurt either...no need to change it if you've done it already).

 

No, those dates don't need to match the date of filing.
