Approved verbally but on administrative processing after interview

How many days does it take to receive your passport after ceac refusal ?I need to travel to UK and Germany for business so need my passport.Can I email consulate about my passport ?I already have my Europe visas in my passport with them.

214(b) is the most common reason people are denied when applying for a tourist visa.  You did not overcome the assumption of immigrant intent.  Therefore, unless your circumstances change, or you can show very strong ties to your country, you will be denied again......

Oh yess I did August 21 n already in the states .. so I got my passport bck a month after interview 

some get it earlier within 10working days depending on wen u got issued

Sounds cool! Mine was "Issued" today (after 10 days from interview day). Just wondering if mailing it will take a long time? How long did you have to wait to pick it up from DHL center?

My interview was July 25

issued August 6

pickup was August 22

expect it within on 10working days after interview

Thanks the rundown! Seems like there was a long wait between "Issued" and pickup date. Hopefully there will be an expedition of a sort with mine, hopefully

Yes ooo was so frustrating mehnnn but hopefully u Dnt go through dt
