Usually how long it takes to print the diversity visa?

There is no timeframe for AP. It could be a couple days, a couple weeks or a couple months.

Printing the visa, assuming the printer is working and such, is likely a matter of minutes.

All the other processing, final checks,. etc., before they decide to actually issue the visa is the longer part.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

The normal time frame is also consulate dependent, some are a couple of days, others are a couple of weeks. If you were not specifically told anything was wrong or that you got a 221g refusal, i would assume that this is the normal timeframe for your embassy. If it goes by another week like this then i would suggest contacting them.
