On the CEAC website you'll need to retrieve the previously submitted application and then create a new application, and resubmit.  It should populate most of your information from before, but you'll want to go through it line by line checking once more since some questions may be missing your answers, or changed.

You can create a new DS-160 in fact you can create as many as you want, but it's not necessary, just bring the one confirmation with barcode that you are confident in that is correct to the interview.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see the Singaporean flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

If the mistake is a minor typo or such you can mention it to the CO at the embassy, most times they will correct it on the spot.

If the mistake is more involved you can complete a new DS-160, I would suggest to make a copy of the confirmation page for the new DS-160 before sending it off to the embassy, then bring your copy with you to the interview - just in case.
