I applied online under 3-year rule also - same day as you. The completion estimate says September 2020 (14 months) which seems long, but maybe Las Vegas field office is backed up more than other ones. My I-751 is still pending so I'm hoping the N-400 will speed things up.

Removal of Conditions I-751

07.23.2018 Sent I-751 Priority Express to CSC (California)

07.25.2018 Package delivered

08.02.2018 18 month Green Card extension letter

03.09.2019 Biometrics waiver letter - they will use the old ones...until they decide they want new ones after all

06.28.2019 Biometrics appointment letter

07.16.2019 Biometrics completed

N400 Naturalization Application

07.22.2019 Online application

07.22.2019 Receipt date; USCIS account estimated completion Sept 2020 (14 months)

07.26.2019 Biometrics appointment letter for 13 Aug 2019

07.31.2019 Biometrics completed (early walk-in); USCIS account estimated completion Aug 2020 (13 months)
