I'm planning to apply for n-400 next month (3 yrs of marriage to usa citizen).. Can some one help what documents are required to be uploaded with the applications?

and also are these documents need to be uploaded while submitting online application or it needs to be mailed out?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you apply online, everything will be submitted online - nothing by mail.

There is a list on the USCIS website under the Naturalization tab on which documents are required.

You'll need a copy of your current Green Card (front and back) and your marriage certificate. The rest of the list is financial proof of living together as a married couple, taxes up to date and a list of things that you will already have as most of these are documents you had to submit for your I-751.

You also don't need to complete the application in one sitting/one day etc. Once you get to that part you can see what is needed as well and gather them and upload them later. That's what I did.

Once you will file online, it will ask specific documents to upload.  Search this board what people have uploaded in the past.  But remember, N-400 document load is much less than I-751.
