Petitioner Criminal Record Inquiry

I am filing a K1 Visa for my fiance in Nigeria. My question is that I have 2 OWIS from 5 years ago and 1 disorderly conduct (however I had a domestic violence battery charge tied with this charge that was DROPPED) I am confused if I check any of these? They do not apply to me as I was not convicted of the domestic violence charge and the disorderly was lowered to a noise citation. Please help! I do not want to get an RFE. I will be supplying both court records and police reports for the 3 incidences.

Don’t try and guess what information they are looking for or why they are asking it. Remember that you are dealing with the government here and if they want to know if you’ve ever been arrested they don’t even need to ask you, they can just look through law enforcement databases. The question asks about arrests, not just convictions. Answer every question exactly as it is written. I often think such questions are placed in the forms to test the petitioner’s honesty,

I am confused by your comment? I am not asking if I should disclose the charges. I am asking about the 3a-3c where it says "if you  have provided information about a conviction listed.....select any that apply" I was not convicted of it so do I leave this section blank? I will still provide the court records and police report for it where it states that it was dismissed. I was just confused on the select any that apply

No. So do I just leave it blank? Like I said the domestic charges were dropped but I was arrested so still have to send proof

Since those questions are asking about convictions only, and you have no convictions, I would suggest writing "N/A" by each of them.  Then answer yes to the arrests questions and provide the police and court documents as required for your arrests.  Good luck!
