Just as the title says.

Already tried to look for answers in my sub-regional forum, conflicting answers at best.

Came across this: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Laws/Memoranda/2018/2018-02-16-PM-602-0134.1-Signatures-on-Paper-Applications-Petitions-Requests-and-Other-Documents.pdf, but seems like this is for USCIS not for the embassy stage.

Also tried mailing my embassy, went in circles as one address they give me redirects me to the first one I contacted.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This is what I got with my package - "The Form I-134 must have your original signature. This means you must sign and mail to the alien. They will not accept a scanned or faxed signature!"

Consulate specific answer required,  many do, some don't

YMMV
