By any chance, has anyone of you received a 2nd RFE which is not related to the 1st RFE? I am just curious.

Rare but has happened

Timeline

You can receive a RFE more than one time until your case approved. It varies. One maybe related to I864, the next maybe related to proof of bonafide marriage, the next maybe related to birth certificate, etc....

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey
