My fiancee had his appointment at the consulate in Accra, Ghana this fall we ran into a hitch they asked for bank account and proof of income we have opened account at one the bank went out of business. My fiancee works odd jobs and is artist however Ive been the major financial supporter throughout our visa process. Iam planning trip out in November 2019 to trying figure out plan to get him to US. My question is should get married in Ghana bring him on spousal visa or will this mean it will void out  already our information at the consulate and re-due again the paperwork filing in US HELP....

Sounds like you will be trying overcome the public charge concern.....or bona fide relationship concerns.   If so, just marriage will not help.  But if you marry there, you will have to start everything from scratch.......

Please fill out your timeline.  A bank in Ghana closed?  That is irrelevant.  The beneficiary's income is also not considered, only the petitioner's.  Sounds like you may need a joint sponsor to overcome that public charge denial.

The financial support requirements to sponsor an immigrant are essentially the same for both visa types.

You can certainly marry and go the CR1 route.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
