SERIOUS PROBLEMS SENDING EXPEDITE FAX

I am so frustrated I received my letter requesting evidence. have been trying to fax now for 30 hours. 15 failed attempts.

even went to ups and they tried 3 times every time failed. on my app it sais no fax detected.

the number is correct. have called twice and even spoken with a tier 2 who was a complete smart ### and said oh well keep trying there's nothing else we can do.

 

has anybody else has this problem?? I even tried at 11pm last night and first thing this morning.

I had no issues with about 15 pages of evidence back in late April 2019. Fax number I used was 816-251-2290. Then included all the extra info to make sure it got to the right officer, but it went thru on the first try no problems. Check my timeline for exact dates.

I just faxed them a copy of my local Chinese takeout menu, and it went thru no problems. I got conformation page and everything. Hopefully their hungry.... LOL.

Yes, seems weird. I am doing it over a VOIP phone line also ( Ooma), so not even a " real" phone line. It rang once, I heard the tones, said connected, said sending page 1, final tone said complete, and fax printed sent receipt that said OK. It seemed to work fine, don't know why it wouldn't work from where you are. maybe try an office depot, staples, or other location.

You know they get this cr*p all the time)))))
