So I put together approved visas for Mumbai from March 2017 to July 2019 from Visa Statistics. I am hoping for the spike in IR1/CR1 in October based on previous year. The bottom chart is for B1/B2 and F1 visas. Hopefully, they are done with the student visas and focus more on IR1/CR1.

Hopefully, this will help us to see the bigger picture based on the past trends.

Please update others when you receive IL. It will give some hope to people like us who are at NVC stage.

Thanks for this.  Hopefully, they ramp up IR/CR cases soon. 10 days have already GONE from this month and nothing major so far.

This is what they printed on the PCC. Is this correct as I have seen others that say travel including visa. Although both are technically correct.

"It is certified that there is no adverse information against Mr. Xxxx, S/o XXX, holder of Indian passport No. Xxxx, issued at Kolkata, on 11/09/2017 which would render him or her ineligible for IMMIGRATION PURPOSES OTHER THAN CITIZENSHIP for United States of America."

Has anyone on this forum had recent "IR" (IR-1/IR-5 etc.) interviews or upcoming interview scheduled at the Mumbai consulate? I've been waiting from case complete to interview notification since late April 2019 for IR-5. Despite this being 3rd week of June, I still have no feedback regarding interview dates.

Looking at this case complete to interview spreadsheet and filtering Mumbai candidates: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit#gid=0

it appears last set of folks who received any interview notifications (for an interview scheduled in June or July) were ones whose case complete dates was in late March/early April. Has no one here got any recently scheduled "IR" interviews at Mumbai?

Hi, I have applied for IR5 and submitted my civil and AOS documents online. I would like to understand what are the future steps and timeline. Please tell me if my understanding of the sequence is correct or not. If not, please correct it. Also, please let me know how much time delay is expected between each of the steps. Thanks.

1. Acceptance of all documents uploaded

2. Case completion Notification received

3. Fingerprinting appointment letter received

4. Medical appointment scheduled

5. Interview appointment letter received
