Our son in CA is the petitioner for me and my wife.  We are in India. The timeline so far for the IR5 visa:

Priority date : 27 June 2018

The I-130 was approved by USCIS and sent to NVC: 17 Jan 2019

NVC case creation: 17 Mar 2019

Fees paid and All documents uploaded: 21 Apr 2019

My wife's case: Documentarily qualified on 10 May 2019

My case: Though same documents were uploaded for both, full scan of two documents asked for in my case, that was done immediately

My case also documentarily qualified on  4 Jun 2019.

Now waiting for interview letter. Seems likely that we will be given different interview dates, but when? Can anyone hazard a guess based on the Mumbai pattern?

Did you get the interview date yet? or not. I also applied for my parents and cc on June 21 2019, still waiting for the interview.

October will be closed as well even before we open our eyes. That leaves us with Nov and Dec. Add all the holidays (Indian + US) and we may see some light at the end of the tunnel ??

This news article confirms what we have been suspecting all along. All US consular posts in India were overloaded and now it has been decided to waive few additional categories from interview.

Please advise on what to select from drop down box for PCC? "Residence Permit" or "Immigration purposes other than Citizenship"  I see that it determines what they print on the report.

I see that it determines what they print on the report. What does it say in the body of the report? Thanks
