CR1 Police Clearance question

I am the beneficiary, we filed I-130 in March..

I know the USCIS website says that we need to provide a Police certificate for every country we lived in for more than 12 months after the age of 16...

My question is if I should still provide a police certificate if I lived for 9 months in another country?

I know 9 months is less than 12 months.... but I'm wondering if the CO will request it anyway because they seem to be very strict.

I would rather be cautious and bring it, and if they request it and I don't bring it I highly doubt I can tell them '...but the application says if I lived there for  over12 months and I didn't...'

Service Center: Texas Service Center SRC

Consulate: Juarez, Mexico

I-130 NOA1: 2019/03/21

I-130 NOA2: 2019/09/17

NVC DQ: 2020/01/21

Visa Approved: 2021/07/01

Hello again.

I am now in NVC stage and the CEAC website is asking for a Police Clearance from both my nationality country & the asian country I lived in for 9 months 😢

I am CR1 and only lived there for 9 months, at this point do I have an option? I have not been back since I left.
