If you're eligible you can file N400.

But it's not going to get approved until RoC is approved.

Hello All,

This is my first post.

I filed my i751 on Nov 20, 2017 (California Center).  I had my biometrics long time back and i also applied for my N400(Biometrics Done). They transferred by i751 to Texas Center. The USCIS website shows , the processing time for i751 for Texas center is up to 19 months. So based on that, i can get a response in the next 20 days. What i can understand USCIS process the i751 application in the order they receive.

Q) Do you think these estimated time are somewhat accurate ?

Q) Do you know what file are they on right now ?

Q) Do you think these estimated time are somewhat accurate ? Those guesstimates are likely as much as USCIS is able to tell you.;)

Q) Do you know what file are they on right now ? If any mere mortal like myself knew the precise answer to that one, I would probably be able to pick the next lucky numbers on the lottery.

Welcome to the forum.

It seems that USCIS is perpetually overwhelmed with all manner of immigration apps and petitions, and it seems to have reached epic proportions. In short, they are swamped with work.  As a consequence, USCIS is constantly trying to shift workloads around to the various service centers. Here are the VJ adjudication stats right now, https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/ . Please keep in mind that due to the likely paucity of data inputed by VJ members with their timelines, this data is suspect. For example, your timeline is vacant, :time:This information helps everyone that uses the forums. Additionally, the data helps give relevance to the VJ stats.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
