Case # for medical exam

I guess it's my day to ask questions.  My fiancee has booked her medical exam but she needs to get back to them with a couple of pieces of information.

 

One piece of information is the case number.  In our government's infinite wisdom, we have TWO case numbers and both follow the same exact format.  3 alpha, 10 numerals.

 

So which does the clinic need?  I am going to say the NVC case number (KEV....), not the USCIS case number (WAC....).  Can someone who has 'been there' please tell me which one they provided to the clinic for the medical exam?

She needs NVC (KEV) number to schedule her medical.
