Oath Ceremony Question

Greetings,

 

My wife and I have our oath ceremony scheduled at the same day but different time, can we go at the same time or do we need to coordinate it with USCIS?

You need to coordinate with USCIS.  On the bright side, you can take each others photos during the ceremony.

I believe you need to mail the reschedule request along with the oath letter to that field office. Rescheduling isn’t guaranteed or may be rescheduled to a much later date.

 

i would suggest to simply go together to the earlier ceremony and request if both can participate, they might allow if there is an opening like someone rescheduled or missed at the last minute. If allowed, great, if not, enjoy each others ceremony one at a time.
