My husband has filed jointly his I-485, I-765, and I-131 which were all mailed to Chicago, but the NOAs that I have received all have MSC Numbers and MO mailing addresses.  I assume the I-765 is being processing in the NBC, but for the I-485, I'm trying to find the official processing times and the National Benefits Center is not an option in the drop-down menu. The nearest office listed in the drop-down menu would be the DC office, but I'm not sure that's correct.  Any insight?

On a related note, the processing times listed for the I-765 at the NBC is now 6.5-8.5 months, two weeks ago it said 5-7 months.  We filed this technically Jan. 24, but again, I'm not sure if I'm looking at the correct service center. Anyone have any insight as to actual processing times for this? My husband needs a job!!

The I-131 and I-765 will be processed at the NBC. The I-485 will go through an initial review there as well (necessary for the I-131 + I-765), then will be transferred to the local USCIS field office for an interview. No service center will be involved.

You can find your local field office here: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

Processing times for I-765 have increased to 6-8 months. Some people are lucky and get them sooner. I've seen January, February,  and March filers get their combo cards. My husband is a November filer who has not received his combo card, and there's still quite a few others in November who haven't either. Unfortunately it isn't a logical process, maybe you'll have better luck than we're having.
