BD&M will say don’t need to under law, as USA marriage is recognised here automatically but you can still file it.. then give that to USCIS

Accoring to the Attorney General's Department you can't registered an overseas marriage here....

It would seem from this link to the Arizona Secretary of State's office that you should consider contacting the Clerk of the Superior Court for the county they were filed in Arizona:

I think we have got it sorted for this right now (pending USCIS accepting the RFE we provided) but dealing BD&M here when we need documents would be a lot easier than trying to get documents from a small county court far away from where either of us are currently living.
