Refugee Travel Document pending with denied AOS

I have a Refugee Travel Document pending with Nebraska Service Center since March 2019. I’m an Asylee so I have an unexpired right to stay in the US even if my green card is denied. The problem is,  I applied my Refugee Travel Document with a waived fee since my green card was pending. but now since my green card was denied, do you think my pending travel document would be denied/affected as well? I have a plan to travel in November and I’m scared and anxious I wouldn’t be able to make it if my travel document denied. Or do you think I should just re-apply for the new one?
Thank you for your time

Civil surgeon didn’t completely filled out the new form as requested on RFE. It’s such a costly and careless mistake by them. Family based. Dad as a sponsor.

Are you traveling to the country you sought asylum from?
