Hi! I am planning on spending the summer break in the US in July and August and considering spending Christmas in the US again. Would they still allow me to enter in December same year? Thanks in advance!

USA does not have a restriction on the number of times you visit a year, so far as you have a valid visa or ESTA. Note that you can be refused entry at the discretion of the immigration officer regardless.

Visiting twice a year is not strange, unless suspicion is triggered by extenuating issues.

You can travel as much as you want, but it's at the discretion of the cbp officers at the point of entry.

very country dependent so you should always let VJ know what country you are from

but even then an elderly Moroccan couple came to visit and had to return for an emergency within a few weeks

they returned a 3 months later for the vacation they had started

the immigration officers took them to a room for questioning and they were able to tell what happened and allowed to stay additonal 90 days

so,   she could be denied based on the fact she has a USC bf ,   kinda iffy

She appears to have the visa, so it's a matter of convincing CBP to be admitted for a couple months in the summer and again for Xmas.
