~ In 2007 I applied finance Visa for my current wife.

~ She arrived in the STATES in August, 2008

~ We got married in Court  September 2008

~ She received 2 yrs conditional Green Card

~In 2010 we visited Pakistan during our vacation her Green Card expired.

~ I never applied because I was busy but visited Pakistan twice or once every year until now.

~ Now in 2019 I want to bring her back to the United States of America but I don't have my naturalization certificate because I lost it.

Please tell me what should I do. Thank you everyone.

You can apply for a replacement naturalization certificate, or you can use your passport copy of the details page. A passport is prima facie evidence of American citizenship.

Additionally if you kept a copy of the documents you used to file for her fiancé visa, it should contain a copy of your naturalization certificate. It’s always recommended to keep an exact copy of the documents one used to file for any immigration benefit.

USCIS requests a complete copy of a US passport if used as evidence of a petitioner's US Citizenship.  Might get by with just the data page, but best practice is to send it all.

Do you mean should I call uscis customer service and request for obtaining my US passport copy? Thank you for replying.

No. Make a photocopy of every page of your passport.  Include that complete copy of your passport as evidence of US Citizenship.  If you WANT a new Naturalizationi Certificate, you can request one.  Google it.  Expect it to take a while.  For now, your passport will do.

On form i-130 line 37 should I leave it blank or write down my passport number instead of naturalization certificate number?

Sounds like "unknown" is the answer to that question.  Answer each question directly.
