Update on CEAC and form 221(g)

Hi there, my wife attended an interview with pregnancy in January 21,2019 when she was given form 221g to submit her PASSPORT, new borns PASSPORT and his birth certificate for the visa to DHL after delivery. She sent the aboved documents to DHL on March 25. We are now in May 14 but The CEAC website still shows "ready for interview"and the ustraveldocs shows "theres no update for this passport number".I sent email to support-ghana@ustraveldocs and made the necessary calls but to no avail. Friends on vj I need your help cuz I dont know what to do at the moment. Any reply is appreciated. Thanks everyone

Might be time to contact your congressperson for help if all attempts at contact are going unanswered.

Email and call them again with this number and email address and when you didn't here anything again within one week , then inform your Congress or senator to  intervene :
