AOS interview evidence - utility bills

Apologies if this question seems silly, but me & my husband have tried to work out where to find this info on our utility bills but no success..

 

I have my AOS interview at the end of April 2019 & were gathering various evidence (I dont have my EAD/AP combo card as this interview has been scheduled after only 4 months since filing!! not complaining of course)

I also have no SSN (please dont ask why, I have a separate thread under SSN sub forum, the whole 13 weeks chasing it was total unnecessary dumb chaos)

 

We have recently moved from the in-laws into our own apartment, my name is on our lease so we know this is great evidence to have. 

My husband called National Grid to add my name to both the gas & electric bills when we became tenants. For some reason, on our first bill so far, my name doesn't appear anywhere & my name also doesn't appear on the online login's for National Grid... my name is on our Xfinity/Comcast online account as a user but also not on our paper bill..

 

Can someone please explain how we can show utility bill evidence, despite this issue of my name not showing up on the accounts/on paper bill?!

Does your utility company have a website?

Usually you can access your "profile" or account information from there. Likely it would have your name listed. You can print that and show it in collaboration with a current utility bill to show it's the same account and address.

My husband logged in & it doesn't show my name listed, he asked them to add my name over the phone when we moved, hes going to call again to ask why it's not showing

Our Xfinity/Comcast shows me as a user so shall we just print that page off & bring the copy of our first paper bill?

I'd imagine that is their error. Have him call.

They probably aren't going to expect much in just four months. Sounds like you have some good tings to show. I assume you have a joint bank account? That's always a plus. Hopefully the lack of a SSN didn't put the bank off.

True!

 

We dont have a joint bank account as they want a SSN from me 😕 but my husband was able to add my name to POD (paid on death) thats as far as we could go with the bank

 

Im an authorized user on his credit card too, shall we bring the print out of that? we dont use my card we've always just used his credit card when we go out shopping if needing to use it

My AOS was without interview and all they had from us in the application was a marriage certificate. But for Removing Conditions, we used our credit cards as evidence. We had the exact same account number so we photocopied the cards side by side, same account number and each of our names. That was because the bill showed only my wife's name and didn't prove a lot, nor did it show charges by card. I think our ATM cards were identical too except for the name, if you were allowed one on his account. So we just lined up Visa, Mastercard, Macy's, and the ATM cards side by side on the copier glass.

Photographs of us from 2018 NYE party here in USA with his family/friends
My name listed on my husband's health insurance
Credit card with my name as an authorized user
Bank book with my name as POD
Envelope's/cards addressed to the both of us
