I-130A help

I am filling out the I-130A for my wife and son, On the son's I-130A application, does the mother sign his name? He is 3 years old.

And on the question of work, I just put unemployed, is about all I can think of.

Why are you competing an I-130A for your son? Please read the whole form and the instructions for the I-130. I-130A is only for spouses, no other relatives.

According to a 2018 Policy Memo from the USCIS, your wife can sign all the immigration forms you will be submitting on behalf of her son until he is age 14.  My wife signed her children's forms with her signature and added "(MOTHER)" after the signature.  When the forms ask about their employment history, marriages, and children, we wrote "N/A" for "Not Applicable."

I-130A is for spouse of petitioner, no need to sign if spouse is living abroad. If she have never worked, it is fine to put "unemployed".
