So I received an RFE, I feel unjustly considering everything I offered in my i-751.  Joint lease since receiving green card, 401k, joint health insurance, life insurance, joint tax returns, joint bank accounts, pictures from various vacations including a vacation with my entire family.

Instead they told me rent is not good enough and it should be a mortage and we should show proof of children???  Ok.  Aside from that they recommended a power of the attorney and affidavit from family.

The only thing left is an affidavit, but I don't know what should go in it.  Do you guys have any examples?

I'd encourage you to post the exact text in your RFE here--the VJ crowd can be quite helpful with full information.  Many times they're very specific in what they ask for. Many, many couples do not have a mortgage or children together (we certainly don't have either), so that is indeed rather unreasonable.

We did a power of the attorney and affidavit. Those were the only two things left on the RFE. Sent everything out already.. let's hope for no interview
