Yes! Once you have your case number from NVC, you are able to complete the DS-160. Once that's done and paid for, you can schedule your interview! Congratulations!!!

Average wait time from when embassy receives the application is 6-8 weeks.  Average time to be sent to Ghanaian embassy from NVC is 1 month.  Therefore applicants should expect 3 months from NVC till receiving the P3.  Interview slots are very limited for this embassy, so it is advised for applicants that believe that they are a "strong applicant" to proactively schedule their interview date three months out to secure a date and time.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. I'll give you two more tips when using VJ. When you respond to a post just use the "Quote" at the end of the post. That will populate to a new window where below the quote and outside the quoted text you can type your message. That way the individual knows that you have answer/have a question concerning their topic.

 

If you just want to post something to an individual without a quote then use the "@" sign then begin typing, in the box at the end of the page, their nick name and you should see it populate to a little window that you can choose their nik. Good luck and I hope this helps navigate the thread and posts in a much easier way.

 

There is a box on the very bottom that says "reply to this topic" where you can start your post to someone using the "@" sign without quoting a topic.
