Is it possible to file citizenship while waiting for the respond on RFE case on ROC? (I-751), received RFE on my case this Feb 2019, sent my response this march, do you think I can file for citizenship already?

I wouldn't do that. After the RFE you have a chance to be approved without an interview. If you filed the N400 they'll wait till they schedule you for an interview, big chance it will be a combo since the N400 you will have to have an interview and lose the chance for approving the 751 without an interview. It's totally up to you and of course you can apply for the N400 while waiting if you're eligible for it. But if I was in your shoes I wouldn't do it and wait for my luck with approving the 751 without an interview after answering the RFE.

03/15/2019: Had to file I90 since no card was sent

01/28/2020: Card is being produced (I751)

03/06/2019 The Interview (Can't be approved since I'm not eligible for the 3 year rule anymore, will have to file again under the 5 year rule, FML)

03/09/2019: Official Deny letter Via certified mail

03/09/2019: N-400 filed online under the 5 year rule (Within 72 hours of the interview)

03/09/2019: NOA1 via web Portal

What did they ask to send in RFE if you don't mind asking?

Our submitted documents were not enough for them, so I added more solid proofs of joint ownership of assets and financial accounts. We don't own a  home nor lease  cause we are living with our in laws for free and we are taking care of them. that was a big deal for them I believe. I sent an affidavit that was signed by my in laws stating the Rent free residency.
