Timeline

This my story. My removal of condition on my Green Card has been pending to be adjudicated for almost 2 years. My petition was filed Feb 16,2016. March 23,2016 was my Biometrics appointment. Went to Interview on Oct.12,2017 and the officer said u are Approved and u will have ur 10 year Card in the mail within weeks. Since then,i have been waiting for the card to arrives. 3 stamps on my passport. The last stamp was on March 7, 2019 through March 6, 2020. I Became eligible to apply for citizenship base on my 5 years on Dec 28, 2018. I sent N-400 through mail on March 2,2019 and it was Received on March 08,2019 And On March 9,2019,My N-400 Status updated like this when i checked

Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled

On March 9, 2019, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice for Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxxxx. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your appointment notice by April 8, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

And this morning when i check on pending I-751 Status, this what came up;

New Card Is Being Produced

On March 12, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

So if like i haven't filed the N-400,My case will still be laying on someone desk. So please those who were in situation like mine,if u are eligible to file the N-400,please do so as soon as possible.Is Like They Are Playing Us Games. Thanks.

Causation does not equal correlation.

Day 6 (1/9/18) Walk-in biometrics in Fort Worth, TX

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

Congratulations! - Your situation appears unique and I don't think we should draw the N-400 pushing I-751 theory.  This has shown to be uncorrelated for even typical applicants who did not endure the long wait you had to.

Possible but not always true. A lot of folks who applied for N-400 with i-751 pending are getting combo interviews. It is one big game at this point.

AOS i-130, i-485 & i-765 in New York (Queens field office)

12/29/2014 - Priority Date; receipt number starting with MSC

1/2/2015 - Fingerprint fee accepted

1/26/2015 - Case suspended - RFE sent out

2/3/2015 - Fingerprint done at Jamaica Center, Queens

2/11/2015 - RFE received - Case resumed

3/2/2015 - EAD ordered

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

9/27/2015 - AOS Interview scheduled for Nov 3

11/3/2015 - AOS interview

12/11/2015 - APPROVED!!!

ROC (Vermont Service Center)

10/3/2017 - Sent out ROC package to VSC

10/6/2017 - Date on NOA (Received NOA on 10/16/2017)

11/6/2017 - Biometrics done

8/15/2018 - Extension letter for 18 months received

12/28/2018 - APPROVED! (No RFE, No Interview) 🤸‍♀️ 

1/7/2019 - GC delivered

N-400 (Queens field office)

1/22/2019 - N400 delivered to Dallas, TX.

1/25/2019 - Check cashed

2/12/2019 - Biometrics appt

8/26/2019 - Interview scheduled

10/3/2019 - Interview - APPROVED

10/30/2019 - Oath
