Hi, could you please try to submit "outside normal processing time" case in USCIS? Your receipt date is 14 May, already far passed. Just submit the case to see whether the service center can give a positive response soon.  Please kindly let me the result because the only hope for another lady (8 June, 2018) and I (22 June, 2018) is to submit this case to get response. It really very frustrated to wait for such long and totally no response at all.

Hope you the best !

Hi LC & MS, I already got news yesterday from my co-sponsor that our petition was approved! We used her US address so she's the one receiving the actual mail. The form (NOA 2) was dated March 14, 2019 which was exactly 10 months after priority date. I haven't received anything in my email yet. Hopefully your case gets approved sooner!

Wow, congratulations! Your next step will be sent your case to NVC (Visa Center), normally Nebraska service center will be faster than other service center to send case to visa center, just in case, if you haven't receive any information from visa center after 60 days, definitely send email to ask and push, don't always wait.

No matter what, you can be happy and relief now because next steps will faster.

I only hope i can get an approve after so many months waiting.

God bless me😁

Hello, everyone,  my husband and i got married on 7th May, 2018. Then he submitted CR1 application for me after he return back to America.

My case was received on 22, June, 2018 and is in Nebraska service center. I have been waiting for 264 days now.

Now is almost 9 months, and everyday i check my status and always "Case was received".

When my approval can finally come? Really need how many months for Nebraska Service center to process?

If anybody have any idea, please let me know. I really feel very...super...frustrated and heart broken.... at this super long & difficult CR1 process.

Have they finally approved your case and how many day does it take to be be approved my own case is now 7th month
