my questions

1. what we need to do for the next step.

2. how long we receive the letter from NVC by post about the instruction for starting process of DS3230

3. is that needed that we need to wait the letter from NVC , by post for there instructions.

4. that would be fine if we email NVC regarding what we need to do for the next step

5. is the beneficiary allowed to emailed them to know for the next step.

6. who has idea what are the next step to do after receive email case number from NVC.

It was about 3 weeks from when I got my NVC case number to when the DS3032 and AOS Bill were generated. I just kept calling on Tuesday mornings and eventually the automated system told me it had been generated. Once I knew they were generated, I sent an e-mail to NVC instead of the 3032 (I still haven't received it in the mail as of yet) and my choice of agent was accepted in 2 days. So, I'd just be patient and check the NVC system every Tuesday morning for a few weeks.
