I just sent my I-129F to the TSC. Everything I saw told me to send it to the TSC. Now I see you saying send it to the CSC. 

Did I mess up? Or is the information in this post just out of date (after all it is from 2017 and now it's 2019)?

You don't send the I-129F to any service center. It is sent to the Dallas, TX lockbox facility. This is not TSC. The lockbox will do initial acceptance then send it to CSC for processing.

Oh, I see. So I don't have to do anything about the CSC?

I sent my I-129F to Lewiston, but I assume that's part of the "Dallas lockbox", right?

 

By the way, if I filled out both phone number and email address on the G-1145 form, when my NOA1 comes, will I be notified both by phone AND email, or just by one or the other?

Correct.

If sent via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, then Lewisville, TX is correct. That's the non-USPS address for the Dallas lockbox.

You should get both email and phone notifications. Most of the time this occurs, but sometimes those just never come through. You'll still get the paper notice, though.

You won't get any other updates (RFE, approval/NOA2, etc.) electronically unless you signup for alerts on their website. You can do that once you have the Receipt Number (starting with "WAC").

I sent it via express delivery to the Lewiston address, but I used the USPS priority express delivery service, not FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Could this cause a problem?

 

I did consult "Where to File" first, but I misread "UPS" as "USPS", thinking they were saying use the Dallas address for regular old "snail mail" and the Lewiston address for FedEx, DHL, AND USPS express services.

You would be far from the first person to send it there via USPS. haha I wouldn't worry about it...they should still get it fine.
