Filling for a US fiance visa while living abroad

Hi,

So i met my fiance10 years ago we both live and work in lebanon, we decided to go live in the Us( i am a US citizien) while my fiance is lebanese

 

My question is can i do this while living in lebnaon? And then when her visa is issued we travel together to the US

 

Knowing that my brother and uncle are living in the US and they are willing to be co-sponsors as a result i can provide address information and so on

i forgot to add that i have never been in the states before  but i am a holder of a US passport

you must establish domicile in the United States

We will be living my brother house, we need a paper to prove that?

without knowing when you plan to move to the US, i am thinking you might be better off getting married and doing a direct consular filing
