She should bring a copy of the letters both of you wrote to the interview.  In fact, she should bring a copy of the entire I129F package just in case.   So no need for a third letter, just copes of the first ones.

Good Luck!

Hi, I have two letters of intent, one for my fiance and one for me. I will send these with my I-129F. The template from this site shows my fiance can bring one to her interview. Are 3 needed total? Two, one from each of us, for the I-129F that I will send, and does she need one for the interview as well? 3 total.

This is a part of proof that you are still ongoing relationship, therefore the one that you're fiancé gonna bring during the interview is an updated copy, basically means just update the date..

So does that mean 3 still? Two I will send in, and she will bring one also to the interview, just change the date? Or does she bring the 2 previous copies that I send in plus an updated one?

The 2 letters, each from both of you will submit in your i129f petition

After 4-7months (if approved)

Another 2 letters, each from both of you, an updated letter (updated date), so send the beneficiary the updated letter of intent to marry later not now.. ,beneficiary will bring during the interview and no...Beneficiary dont need to bring the old letters of intent that was submitted in i129f

Also this is really not a compulsory requirement, not even written in the packet 3, but some embassy/co ask for it.. So better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it..

Goodluck

Many consulates do not require an updated letter at the interview, check your local consulate listings for the exact answer

YMMV

So to clarify, I need 2 to send in with the form. Then for her interview, she need a copy of both of those PLUS an updated one to be safe?

She does not need a copy of the initial because the consular has the complete petition file in front of them at the time of the interview and they are included already.  If you want to update ones at time of interview that is your choice but MOST do not request it

YMMV
