My NOA2 expired on Feb 10th. A couple of days prior, I emailed the embassy requesting for an extension, but they never responded to my email. On CEAC it still shows "Ready" for the case status, and that the case was last updated was on Dec 16th (Dec 13th was our interview date, but we emailed the embassy on the 10th of Dec requesting for it to be canceled and postponed until further notice)

Would anyone happen to know what this probably means? And is there a way for me to check the new expiration date of our NOA2? I'm assuming since it still says Ready that our case is still valid or has been automatically extended?

Try sending them an email around 8am Kuwait time. Give them a brief summary of what's going on (bulleted list) and what you would like to do next (schedule an interview?)  If you're open-ended they may not have need to give u any feedback.  I have found the KW consulate to be very responsive and pleasant when they have something to respond to.

TandSarahJane have experience so I recommend to follow their advice.

The NOA2 has an expiration date of one year so you should be fine. The embassy will extend it automatically but it is always best to be in touch with them to cover your bases. As far as the interview date they may have not gotten your email about the cancelation. Normally you go back on the website where you had scheduled your interview and cancel it yourself and if you were ready to reschedule then you could do it at that time. The embassy will confirm the extension (NOA2) as there is no place for you to review it but with the embassy.
