   First post in the comments section got it right. Too much alcohol at airports. I would say all the things I've seen with people acting up at airports and on aircraft, it's probably upwards of 80% alcohol involved. I would say another 10% are people stressed/angry and maybe a few percent are just crazy people. There is some overlap sometimes. Get rid of alcohol and you have cut out most of the problems.

I think I read somewhere they are also the most profitable in the US.  I know they have THE most comfortable seats out there, minus the lay down bed ones.

JetBlue is my favorite airline. Fly with them every year from DCA to FLL. 

 

I agree that there is way too much alcohol on both airports and airplanes, especially European airlines. Glad that some airlines are actually deciding to not serve alcohol.

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.
