Yes. It means they’re ready to issue, they just need the medicals and sponsor documents to be up to date.

Thank you very much for your helpful answers.

Thank god everything going well.

Sorry for suffering you.

I've another question: As I think police certificate is also expired, it's valid 6 month. They didn't mention anything about that Is there any chance to get a visa without new police certificate?

US considers all police certificates valid for a year regardless of what expiry date the individual country assigns them.

@SusieQQQ
Hey. We booked our appoitment on Medical day after tomorrow.
What do you think, after medical we must go on second interview or don't need the second one?

I mean they'll request the 2nd interview?

UPDATE!!!
We had our 2nd medical in 26 February. After our medical we asked them howlong time need to send our medical to embassy and they answered, that they're busy and they'll send in 4 march. ALSO UPDATE WAS THE SAME DAY WHEN WE DID OUR MEDICAL(only mine and my brother's case updated). This means that they sent our medicals at the same day or this was tipical update?
Thanks for attenion.

Today We called in medcenter and asked them if they sent our medreport and they answered, that yestarday they sent it but no change on caec. Howlong time need to update our status after we sent what they needed?
Is it good idea to send email to embassy and ask if they received our medical or just wait?

Case updatated today! No changes on caec, only dates.
Today we received the mail and they said, that we must be under attention, because they will contact us via email or phone.

What this means? I'm confused is it good news or bad?

Please someone reply.

Our medical sent to embassy on 4 march. After no reply we sent email to embassy in 12march to update our case and they updated in 15 march, but no email and nothing just case update. Today gone almost 20 days without answer what we gonna do? Is there any way to take their attention or do something?

Our lawyer says we can appeal, because we did everything we sent them every document what they needed but they do nothing.
I think it's not good idea, right? maybe she wants to make money and that's all.
My grandmother who is in US citizen thinks she has good lawyer, but I think she is the scammer!

We don't know what to do we're all stressed.

It means exactly what it says, just wait. Embassies move slowly and they don’t just drop everything else they are doing to work on your case because you sent in an update.

Appeal what, exactly? The embassy told you a few days ago to wait. You want to appeal the fact that they told you to wait? By the way, I am sure there will be no problem in your case if you just be patient, but you can’t appeal a consular decision if it doesn’t go your way so while I don’t know if your lawyer is necessarily a scammer, she certainly sounds like she’s happy to charge for unnecessary stuff.

You need to chill.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
