Didn't 'register with courier' because...

....I'm just having it delivered to the nearest depot.....& will pick it up from there when it arrives.....that does mean I did not have to 'register' yes? It seemed right at the time & now I'm panicking(because apparently that's what I do at this stage-I've already thought I'd lost my passport three times this week even though it's still in the usual safe place ugh!)

you would turn passport in at interview/you haven't interviewed yet according  to timeline

at approval of visa,  register for pickup

You chose your nearest courier depot as part of the online scheduling and paying steps, right? If so then you are registered with the courier for depot pickup at whatever you chose.
