Perhaps a bit strange, because they usually send the I129F to the same SC as the I130. Your sig says that you sent the I130 Vermont. Was it transferred to CSC? You will almost certainly not get an approval on the same day for both as they are doing for others recently if they are at different locations.
Just received email of 129F being transferred to California Service Center. Is that a good thing?

I have gotten only 2 emails from USCIS - I filed with California Service Center. They keep changing where things are sent and my lawyer had to change forms in the middle of the application too, since they changed it again. . . . I hope all is well.

I got 2 e-mails for the I-129F only, one for it being received, and one that told me that it went to California. I am confused with waht people are saying in thier signatures. . . I tried to copy them but, my signature is not making any sense now. . . and they don't mail when people update the date (touch) so I am confused.

Does eberyone look at the status of thier case everyday? What do I do from here? Just wait? I consider myself the lucky one here though because she is only 2,000 miles away from me, unlike some of you people here. I am sorry and I wish you all the best and speed!

I just have been waiting. . . . thanks for the support when I needed it.

Well, I got mailed to do an update and this is it. . . the update is that nothing changed in the past month. . and I am still waiting.

Thanks

1. What exactly are you confused about with the signatures?

2. Most of us haven't gotten many emails either. They email people when something significant has changed with the case such as a transfer or an approval. A touch is only when the "last updated" date has changed, and yes, many of us do check everyday. For specific details on touches check here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=300

3. We're all waiting, it sucks, its frustrating but its our reality for now. Welcome to the dark abyss that is the USCIS.

4. 2,000 miles is still quite a distance. I'm happy you don't feel that is it that big of an obstacle. Best of luck to you as well!

Song, the next step for you is a 'touch' updating you that the 129F case has been received and is pending. it take about 2-3 weeks from the date it was transferred.

Yes, bad use of pronouns. What I was saying is:

You will almost certainly not get an approval on the same day for both petitions as the USCIS is doing for others recently if your two petitions are at different locations.

You need to take into account the new filing places. In my case, there will never be a transfer because my lawyer filed directly at CSC instead of sending my file to the lockbox. He enclosed the new filing instructions so in my case, there will never be a transfer from one location to another. It goes immediately into process at CSC where the I130 is as well and my lawyer actually has all paperwork coming to him so when he gets the NOA1s or 2's he will tell me. He did say that he is overwhelmed right now with people trying to file before July 30th and I think really there will be an influx of new files in this week and it will slow down right after. I personally think that I130s are going to slow down as less people will be doing k3s because of the huge jump of Aos fees after the 30th. I still went ahead and did a K3. I just want to be with my husband. Extra money is the least of my problems. I just want to see him and be with him

I called USCIS in Friday ..and I was told that the process for both I-130 and the I-129F is still on Dec. 2006, WHY?

Is it really that hard to process a legit case.

Wait a minute ... what are we talking about here, I-130 taking years to finish, I-129F the same, WHY? WHY I SHOULD BE SUBRATED FROM MY WIFE? WHAT KIND OF IMM. SYSTEM IS THIS, you will never hear things like that anywhere else.

I can't believe that in order to bring your wife you have to get blood purser, diabetic, and couple of hard attacks, and at the end you have to prove ridiculously that you love your wife is really you wife, WHY?

I am not asking for my brother or relative to come here, SHE IS MY WIIIIFE, can’t we live together?!

it really frustrating to wait a year or two, and read thousands of pages and file hundreds of papers and forms to just be able to bring your wife WHYYY?

I am sure it’s not employee fault, it’s how the system been designed.

[...Life without my WIFE... Like fifty without FIVE...=0]

Hello,

Dont get frustrated. This will only make you both stronger. Not alot of people other than people on this forum would be able to handle long distance. My co workers have admitted that they would not go as far as I have with my husband. Its been 2 years that we have been doing the long distance. Im pretty pissed too but all I can do is wait. Just to let you know, I sent a request for at least my receipt for my I-130 on the 25th of May and I just now received a response in my mail. So it gives me some kind of relief to know that at least they got to it. Maybe two months later but they got to it and responded. It pretty much states that they are still processing December petitions. My petition was filed in April. Are you able to go visit your wife? Im planning to see my dude for a week in Germany. Hopefully, maybe by then I might receive something. For now, all I can do is be here for my pookie. And visit him. I have a feeling that after 30 July things will speed up. If people are paying the updated fees, USCIS will have money to hire more people and serve the purpose of charging alot. Speed up the process. Hopefully

Hello to all...Yes it's me again, "the one" who sent the I-129 (spouse) to Vermont not Chicago...

Guys I'm still waiting for the check to be cleared or the NOA1, or even for the package back...but I cant find any info ...I dont know if it's been lost or they transfer?? I call them every week nobody cant find the package, I just don't know what to do...They keep telling me to wait for 30 days and sometimes 45 ???

Anybody have any advise or have been passing tru this ???

I'm thinking ..should I sent another package with the whole process to Chicago??? maybe with note letter explaining that we sent one and we never recvd anything??? I'm just confuse...I see some members did the same mistake but everybody was successfully transfered to the right place between 16 and 20 days...
