Hi guys.

I’m really confused. My fiancé submitted the I29 for the K1 visa the first week of September. We still have yet to hear ANYTHING or receive any mail notifying us that it has been received. The money has been taken from his account for the application- and that is the only reason we know that it’s gotten to Texas. Is this normal? It’s February 3rd!!

Call the office you submitted to.

If it was paid by check from your personal bank account they would have your case number on the canceled check image, but you should have received a NOA1 by now I would think. Try calling USCIS, there are some tips on here when is the best time to call.

The petitioner should call the USCIS and make sure they have the correct address.
