ROC applied in Oct 2016 and still pending in 2019 - Help needed!

October 2016: I applied for ROC in October 2016. Divorce waiver.

March 2018:   They sent me an RFE in March, 2018 which I responded in April.

June 2018     My case was transferred to local office (Dallas, TX) according to Tier 2 officer.

I have tried many ways to get an update from USCIS (calling Tier 2, Congressman, Senator, Ombudsman Office) but the only thing I got is "my case is in line for an interview". I don't know why it takes them 7 months (and counting) to schedule an interview. Anybody in the same situation? is there anything else I can try? Please share I appreciate any information!

There's nothing to do but wait. Mine was pending since March 2015, I got an interview in Jan 2019. Did you apply for N400 ? Sometimes the N400 pushes them to adjudicate the 751 faster.

I-751 #1 - March 2015 (Jointly filed)

April 2015: Bio-metrics completed

11/30/2018 Interview Notice for 01/07/2019

01/07/2019: Withdrawn at the interview due to divorce and another 751 filed after the divorce and switched to the waiver case

I-751 #2 - March 2017 (Waiver)

April 2017: Bio-metrics completed

01/07/2019: Interview

01/14/2019: Approval Notification via Email

N-400 Feb 2016( Pending)(3-year Rule)

February 2016: N-400 filed with the 3 year rule.

February 2016: Bio-metrics completed

04/29/2016: Interview Notice in the mail For 06/08/2016

06/01/2016: Interview was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (probably cause the 751 was still pending)

01/16/2019: Case changed online again to interview was scheduled for 03/06/2019
