What does the term 'no status' means in a US non-immigrant visa status? Once the visa has been refused, could they approval the visa cancel?

if you apply for K1 and you before interview CEAC says immigrant visa ready, then it is ready for interview

if it says immigrant but the Administrative processing this is normal for K1

if it changed CEAC to say non immigrant and Administrative processing than the visa is in final stages and likely printing

If you had a K1 interview (you didn't say when) and it was refused it will be returned to the US. They aren't going to just change their mind.

If after your interview that it was refused it now says no status the petition must be done. Your fiance will receive a letter soon it was closed after being refused.

Your best bet is to figure out why it was refused (you prob know) and fix that before getting married

you   were denied a visa

the K1  is now a dead issue

if the USC wants  to go  further with a relationship with you,she will  need to return to Morocco and marry

she would then apply for spouse visa

My CEAC status remains as Administrative Processing but did change today from immigrant to non immigrant!

Does that mean I am nearly there?
