Hello.

My fiance is filling the form

I 134 and it s getting a lil difficult because he s in the navy so alot questions doesnt belong to him.

Do you guys know if (even in the case the petitioner is in the navy) the form is necessary?

Our process already took longer of what it should because of ref just before Christmas time, last thing we need is a miss understand on documents.

Noa 2 is here big celebration but lil anxiety for the forms.

Thanks to all and wish the best.

Maria

Do you guys know if (even in the case the petitioner is in the navy) the form is necessary? That's a form that is required of everyone. He'll have to fill it out and send it to you. Have him email it to you and then print it locally. Some embassy's require an original signature, but I think if that is the case with your embassy if you were to explain your situation I am sure they will accommodate you. Is he at sea? or Homeport?

Our process already took longer of what it should because of ref just before Christmas time, last thing we need is a miss understand on documents.

Without knowing your embassy it's hard to provide information about what you will need. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

If you help with that I can possibly help you so that you are not so confused.

As I see it your driving yourself crazy. You are fine. They made an adjustment to your file really not a big deal. Relax.
