i just came back from my biometrics today.

they still allow me to do the biometrics even though i came earlier from the appointment ( appt. 3pm but i came early at 10am since my husband cant drive me there on the exact time)

but then a problem arises. my passport name is Y-D
then i put my husband name and it became Y-D-S
but the appointment came with name D-S-Y.
when today I came to do biometrics and when they did an identity check between the biometrics letter and passport, they questioned the name. according to them the correct name is D-S-Y ( refer to the invitation letter). But they still allow me to do biometrics and suggest calling the USCIS call center. on my way to home i call the USCIS and they say they having technical issue on their system so they cant revised anything and they ask me me to call back in 3h.
when I got home I checked my copy of the document again and then realized that I had mistakenly written the name on form-1-485.
I have filled the family name with first name, given name with middle name and middle name with husband's name.
What should I do? will they reject my aos document?

Did you also file for EAD and AP? If so, make sure to change it with USCIS, since your EAD/AP will come in the wrong name (you can change it afterwards but seems like a pain). Your GC shouldn't be a problem, since you can change that at the interview, but better to be on top of it then just letting it go and becoming a pain later on.
You can report a typo https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayTypoForm.do. I would call them again and check if reporting it online is enough or that they can change it in your file.

I agree, call them again or submit that typo report. I had similar problem except it was their error. I changed my name from A-B-C to A-B-D, all other receipts came back fine except I-485 and biometrics invite letters(2) they said A-A-D. Initially, they wouldn’t take my prints  but the supervisor said to go ahead and take them and call USCIS and get it corrected. It took them about a month to correct 10/03/18 to 11/08/18. 12/14/18 got an email saying name updated and starting initial review on my I-485 if required will send letter for new biometrics.  My status on I-485 changed to name updated in November and the other forms still say case received. Still no EAD/AP (says case received 8/31)
