TV options ;-)

After all the heavy work of filing paperwork, medicals and interviews and the like, it is almost time for me to be able to focus on something a little less stressful!

Are there any Brits who are prepared to tell me how they manage to access UK TV from the US?

Any recommended Kodi subscriptions / VPN providers etc? ITV, BBC and full SKy ideally.

Thanks in advance.

A good VPN provider is hola.org

It's free and all. My husband uses it to stream some Korean stuff.

I've used it when working in Africa to get Netflix

Depending on what cable/satellite provider you have also may be able to order special channels or packages containing UK shows

I’ve got ‘express vpn’ think it’s a small amount of money (around 30 dollars) a year and you can share the account with others a bit like Netflix, and have it on many devices. It’s really good, never had an issue with it, and I watch itv, channel 4, I player, now tv and do my football bets through it. Highly recommend!

Haha me too! Lol I support hull City and can get a real good quality picture and commentary for every game for 5 quid a match so that’s not too bad! Let me know how you get on with getting a vpn 😊

Now Hull City is a football team I didn't think I would see mentioned on VJ!

I'm just stalking through as my fiancée often asks about our TV, unfortunately for me she loves Hull City and when she's visiting late March we're off to a game...(some funky reason she loves it here in Hull and I'm counting down the days to escape!)

Haha my fiancé also loves hull! I’ve taken her to watch two games and she loves it! Where abouts are you in US? Or are you not here yet?

At least there's some international fans haha!

I'm not in the US yet, still in Hull for now 😞 But Il'll be going to Michigan once we're all sorted.

It’s pay per game on tigers tv which lets international supporters watch it overseas. Don’t know if the saints have something similar?

Yeah I keep my vpn on all the time on my phone, I prefer searching for everything on google etc and it’s United Kingdom based and I can always turn it off if I need something American. I watch the game on my fiancé’s laptop don’t need vpn for it. I mainly use vpn for I player, itv and footy bets

yeah, dont even need the vpn for tigers tv because they do it as a thing for overseas fans. But do watch a lot of uk stuff like shetland etc so use vpn for that and can watch bbc and itv live on the apps on laptop as long as vpn is on.

Looks like I had better find myself a good VPN provider asap then.  Are you aware if Kodi works here? I would love to access Sky 😉
