Hi guys, should I print out my DS160 and some other papers stuff like Interview Appointment in an A4 size? Or is it okay to use a short bondpaper?

A4 or short size bond paper is ok..no need to print the whole DS-160  form only the DS160 comfirmation

All of my requirements for the interview are printed in a short bondpaper. Is that okay?

It's ok..

If i were you ill print it in A4 size because most/all documents printed in A4.

But do not over think this. Focus on important requirements.. There is no specific paper size for documents.

Did you also use an A4 size when you were processing your visa before?

You'd never give it a second thought if you were in Europe. It's the only option here. It doesn't really differ that much to really show. 2 by 2 inches photo is also different from 5 by 5 cm but not dramatically. By the way, I-129F and everything that comes from my fiance is in American paper format, whatever it is, my part will be European. He never wanted to bring me printing paper, I never asked :)
