Wrong DS160 form on my appointment confirmation

My appointment confirmation for K1 visa has a wrong DS160 form. My old DS160 form for B1 was used instead my K1.

At first, I thought there is no need to fill out the ds160 form since it is not asking me and I cant even see a button for ds160 form. I was thinking it was a system glitch. To my surprise, I had the wrong ds160 form on my appointment confirmation.

What should I do?

Submit an inquiry at the CGI website, tell them your case number and your name and your new application ID, they will correct it.  Https:/cgifederal.secure.force.com

Coincidentally, I am dealing with this as well.  It pulled my fiance's prior travel visa.  Thank you for answering a question before I even had it @Greenbaum

It happened to me too.  My fiancee just called Guangzhou and they fixed it immediately.

It says make sure the numbers match but offers no way to change it. I remember it saying something when i did the payment ticket number thing but I'm sure I chose the right one.  I was so stressed and searched all over but just a phone call fixed it.

I called and they removed the old ds160 form (travel) from the cgi site. They sent me a new appointment confirmation but there was no ds160 number. There was a UID. I dont see any button to fill in my ds160 form too.

So my questions are:

1. How to change the ds160 form or how to input on the cgi site?

2. What's UID?

3. They sent a new appointment with no ds160. Will that be okay?

So my questions are:

1. How to change the ds160 form or how to input on the cgi site? Use https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

2. What's UID? UID number is under the bar code on the interview confirmation page.

3. They sent a new appointment with no ds160. Will that be okay? Use the bar code number on the above link and that should tie the two together.

Let us know if that worked.
