Trouble getting Federal Tax Return copy

From what I've read, that part of the IRS is shut down. So, no current way to get a tax transcript. Our embassy specifies a certified copy of tax return or a tax transcript from IRS. Ugh.

I was just able to download transcripts from IRS website. https://sa.www4.irs.gov/eauth/pub/login.jsp

Cool! Thanks, man. Others had reported elsewhere they were not able to use the online feature. Guess proves to not take others word for things. Thanks again.
