visa fee after arrival and DOS ID #

 OK need some help. My daughter arrived Nov. 17 and  was stamped IR2 in her passport, we have sitting here waiting for her green card to arrive so she can work.

yesterday we got notice in mail requesting fee pavement 220.00. immigrant visa and alien registration os155a case type.

ok the problem is the web site it list on notice takes you to the forms page at uscis. we created account and sign in to pay the fee. but we get to the part it ask for

DOS ID. I cant seem to find this number to enter it it shows where to find it but the paper daughter got when she came through does not show any 14 digit number

where do i find this number ?  it was suppose to be on welcome letter but have not received anything but fee payment NOA

in some cases the A number was on the outside of the sealed package she would have entered with, I believe you can also you the case # that was created by NVC

ya we got the A# it is the DOS ID # we  cant find. I was reading just now where i will probably have to call uscis to get the number from them

DOS ID# is the NVC case number.  Should start with MNL
