The last I checked, the whitehouse doesn’t handle employment verification for all the states.

Ahhh, thanks, i was thinking org = admin.

 

I’m sure they can, if the state allows it. But the slope of verification seems to be a bit too slippery these days.

Any size business can easily implement E-Verify and there is no cost to use the service. Responses are received in 24 hours and workers can be hired provisionally while being processed. 

ALL employers must process I-9 and use due diligence to verify identification provided.
